IF YOUR POSTCODE COMES UNDER TIER 1 - MEDIUM ALERT
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/local-covid-alert-level-medium
When seeing friends and family you do not live with (or who are not part of your support bubble), you must not meet in a group of more than 6, indoors or outdoors. In England, this limit of 6 includes children of any age.
A support bubble is where a household with one adult joins with another household. Households in that support bubble can still visit each other, stay overnight and visit public places together.
Meeting in larger groups is against the law apart from specific exceptions where people from different households can gather in groups larger than 6 people. The police can take action against you if you meet in larger groups. This includes breaking up illegal gatherings and issuing fines (fixed penalty notices).
Use of the hire equipment must be for a maximum of 6 people within the house or garden this includes other family members or persons living within the property, these tents if not siblings will be placed approx 1 metre apart. Where customers are found in breach of this, Be Cuckoo Events and Sleepovers reserve the right to immediately arrange collection of the equipment.
For our movie nights inside or out, if the group of 6 are from other households they must adhere to the 1 metre social distance rule.
For garden parties we can enter straight through the property or side gate. Groups of up to six people will be able to meet outdoors, if they are not from the same household they will need to social distance by 1 metre.
Cross contamination between households will be eliminated by introducing a rest period of 4 days/72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use. The bell tent will be hired out less than 72 hours as will be deep cleaned using a steamer between uses, all equipment inside will be rotated every 72 hours or deeply sanitised. Please note our outdoor set-ups are seasonal only March-September.

A childcare bubble is where someone in one household provides informal (unpaid and unregistered) childcare to a child aged 13 or under in another household. For any given childcare bubble, this must always be between the same 2 households.
Friends or family who do not live with you and are not part of a support or childcare bubble must not visit your home to help with childcare. Childcare bubbles are to be used to provide childcare only, and not for the purposes of different households mixing where they are otherwise not allowed to do so.
Support bubble:
A support bubble is a close support network between a household with only one adult in the home (known as a single-adult household) and one other household of any size. This is called making a ‘support bubble’.
Once you’re in a support bubble, you can think of yourself as being in a single household with people from the other household. It means you can have close contact with that household as if they were members of your own household.
Once you make a support bubble, you should not change who is in your bubble.
Who can make a support bubble
If you’re in a single-adult household

You can form a support bubble with another household of any size that is not part of a support bubble with anyone else if you:

If you’re not a single adult household, you can form a support bubble with a single-adult household other than the one that includes your child’s other parent.
For garden parties we can enter straight through the property or side gate. Groups of up to six people will be able to meet outdoors, if they are not from the same household they will need to social distance by 1 metre.
